"Put three letters in drive up mailbox, the first box as you drive up. Seemed to be jammed with mail. I poked my letters further into box wth my hand and then with a rolled up. News hand up and heard a thump. I had to get out of my car to do this, as I had scraped my arm and caused it to bleed when pushing it by hand while sitting in the driver seat. I needed to use the box because of difficulty climbing stairs (76y.o.) This was inconvient and painful and I wasn't sure you would get my letter at 4 pm pickup. >>rlb"

"Been using this branch for over 10 years. As post offices go, one of the best. Definitely 5 for 5. Just go with the flow, folks, and they will have your back."

"1st incident was when my mail was not delivered despite me sitting in my garage. Claimed to 'not have access' which was not true and I watched the mailman drive by. The 2nd incident was with a piece that needed a signature. I wasn't home the first time- fine. I called and had it rescheduled for the day I was off this week so I would be home to sign for it. Same mailman shows up a day before, barely waits at the door and tells my ring camera that I'm not there to sign. Well duh, it was rescheduled for the certain date FOR A REASON. Some people do work during the week. Called the post office and told them to hold it since I was done playing tag. Got to the post office, waited too long, one lady in front of me even left. Handed them the slips, informed them that they did NOT redeliver on the correct day. "We don't usually redeliver honey". Yes you do. You are USPS and I have had things redelivered due to this post offices' lack of competence. If I have anymore issues, I will not hesitate to make a formal complaint."

"Leaving until I get my item Was excited and expecting item today the left this post office. Only to have a reasoning that person wasn’t present for item to be received... I’ve ordered multiple times from online and have had it delivered at door, and I work a 9-5 job there is no way I would’ve been present to get package or be able to get to post office on time to get it. Very disappointed"

"Although one lady is very nice and helpful whenever she helps me, another staff member recently handled a package I wanted to send to South Korea. I also paid $19 for what I was told was tracking for the package. I wanted to know where it was the entire time and when it got to South Korea. The actual visit to the post office took over 45 minutes because the staff member could not type with more than one finger per hand, when it should have taken less than fifteen minutes. I go home and look at my receipt to see she sent it to North Korea instead. I had to wait on the phone to reach an actual person on the customer service for over 2 hours. Once they corrected the country, I waited an entire week for the location of the package to change (it kept saying it arrived in Tampa). Today, I called again to see what happened, and once again waited over an hour. Once someone was available, they told me that the package is not traceable, and instead I payed for the package to be signed when it reaches its destination. This has absolutely no correlation to what I was told, and the sole reason I payed an extra $19 was because I wanted to know when it arrived, which I won’t be told. Definitely won’t be coming back to this post office anytime soon."
