He will book a load with you over the phone and will tell you that you have to start driving to a pickup location because the shipper is closing soon, BUT in a meantime if he finds a cheaper truck for the same load, he will never send you the rate confirmation. If you call him and ask about that rate confirmation, he will tell you he never booked any load with you. Broker was also reported to FMCSA for Unethical Practices."
