"Ups can't do anything right. We pay for next day service, have someone wait all day for the package, just for it to get delayed. Their delivery service is by far the most lazy, and packages usually are not left at the door"

"Never had problems with UPS until now. The driver left 2 of my packages from 2 seperate deliveries at wrong address. Luckily i found 1 of the packages but the other one is still missing. Do they not know numbers?"

"Customer service is always nice when you call, but the delivery drivers need to pay attention. My package was delivered to the wrong address and this is not the first time that this has happened. I now have to go through the headache of having my order refunded or replaced and my best friend's Christmas is now going to be late because the items that I was supposed to receive was the last of what I needed to add to her Christmas box. It is the holidays and people are ordering gifts for their loved ones so how are people going to explain to their loved ones and children that their gifts have been delayed because of the carelessness of a delivery driver?"

"Whoever delivers to Bell Channelside, drivers are lazy. They don't go to anyone's door unless there is a signature required and even then they don't actually get signatures, forge them and drop off. Packages get lost or stolen often because they just leave them all in the parking garage. Picture below. I've called to make a formal complaint several times and never received a return call from management. Poor customer service and delivery."

"The driver supposedly attempted to deliver my package, never came and there’s no note. The main apartment building is open until 6. Just a lazy driver, but oh well what can you do. Terrible service, terrible company. Wish negative stars were possible."
