"One of the Tampa drivers hit and destroyed our mail box speeding through the neighborhood. We didn’t even order anything! She was on video ring door bell admitting on the phone with her supervisor letting us know she hit the mail box as well. She waited until I got home since I was around the corner. Report filed on both ends with their 800 number and have yet to be reimbursed for our mail box a month later. Emails ignored calls ignored! Thanks for the amazing service... not!"

"Received my same day package on time. Contactless delivery. Package was placed outside correct door as opposed to other deliveries which were placed at a door in a neighboring building. Love having this service as an option to receive critical items the same day. I needed batteries quickly and received them. No complaints from me."

"Service and help was exceptional. The route on the other hand keep me driving back and forward thru the same road, it was more than 3 miles each way. It happens several times. GPS wasnt right, I could have save a lot of gas and time. That is the only reason I didnt give a 5 stars rating even though they deserve it."

"There is NEVER a block available. They tell you is random, but it's not true. The same people, the few times I was able to get a block, same that ALWAYS GOT TO DELIVER. They hire more people, but they hook up the same. Instead of sharing making sure that customers are going to get what they order right away. They give everything to the same guys and I guess how that they can deliver in those 2 hours."
