"Best drop off service. Such a great attitude"
"It is in CVS. In and out very fast..."
"This would be my second incident where I kept persisting front desk in finding my package. I always liked to grab my packages after 9pm when foot traffic and deliveries/pick-ups dies down so whomever works the front desk can have better visual of locating the items. I was wrong, don't know if it's the CVS employee or UPS driver themselves that keeps putting packages where they don't belong. Both companies need better implementation and communication amongst one another. Period."
"Scanned package in for me for drop off and were unable to provide receipt. Told me I could take my package elsewhere if I needed a receipt which I was fine with, but now the package won’t scan elsewhere. This is after me asking if I’d have issues bringing it somewhere else given that they had already scanned it in here. Don’t appreciate being given false information and a simple drop off of a pre paid package becoming a headache"
"The lady at the drive through had no idea what she was doing. I provided my information twice for a Covid test, and she still thought I was there to pick up a prescription. I told her a third time and she finally figured it out, and eventually provided me with the test kit. The swab would not break off in the collection vial after inserted. She told me to just dispose of it. I'm not sure if the results will be representative. You definitely need to train your employees as she was out there, seemed incompetent, or provide adequate training if they pass a drug test. No wonder I sat in line at the drive through for thirty minutes. Ridiculous."
