"I worked for them back in 2015 She started out okay with the company. I was a delivery person. I tried to always accommodate her customers. Because customers come first. When I tried to let her know that the customers were complaining a lot, she seem to didn’t care. I didn’t even get a thanks for accommodating the customers, not from her any way. But the customers always thanked me and gave me tips, might I say some good tips at that. But hey you keep it moving, because God always blessed me in the end."
"After almost two years of service, we finally had to cancel. My husband has been receiving meals from Cater Me Fit for a long time. There has always been occasional issues - meals arriving late, or left on porch even though we asked to pause service during vacation - but we stuck with them. However, last month, our meals didn't arrive for days. Finally got in touch with them after multiple attempts at emailing and calling. They stated that their refrigerator died. Okay... fine.... would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could have done some grocery shopping for the week. After a week, we were still waiting for an update. After several MORE attempts at communication, we finally got a hold of them, and they said that it would be another week. Again, would have been nice to be notified of this. That brings us to yesterday (Sunday, March 31). Should have received our meals after two weeks of non-delivery. Again, complete no-show. No emails, no phone calls, no texts with an update. We tried both calling and instant messaging on their website. Complete lack of response. So, cancelled our service. Based on other reviews provided, I'm expecting to be charged even though we're going on three weeks with no meals delivered. Heads up to the owners - if you had just communicated clear expectations, we would have waited out your fridge issues. But because you didn't have the decency to even send an email, pick up the phone, or reply to any messages, we're going elsewhere."
"Beware! I advanced purchased 8 weeks of weekly deliveries. Nearly every week they would short me a meal or deliver meals even after I appropriately disclosed I would be out of town, leaving meals to go bad on my porch. Customer service said a refund was justified and being process but after countless call and emails, no refund was ever issued for the 8 meals I paid for and never received. Then they charged my credit card $600 to renew, without my authorization. I had to stop payment with my credit card company after weeks of no reversal."
"-Received multiple deliveries with our meals in brown paper bags with NO cooling pack. -There were many instances when we did not receive the amount of meals paid for. -Some days our deliveries would arrive sometime in the middle of the night after we had already gone to bed, leaving it to sit out all night. -Some days we never even received our deliveries. -I eventually was put in contact with one of the company’s sales people. He was very understanding and always helped me out gratefully. This salesman eventually left because he got fed up with the company’s careless and could no longer back their product. -I can count on two hands how many times I was on the phone with their only customer service rep, Trisha, trying to get all of this mess settled. I spent so much time calling this place that I just could no longer stand it. -There were several more small things here and there that ultimately pushed me to cancel my membership, but we definitely got tired of receiving the same few, unseasoned vegetables every couple of meals. Switched to meal prepping once a week, couldn’t be happier AND I’m saving money. You guys kept insisting and emailing for a review."
"Very Poor Service. I was excited about trying the service. First order they didn't include the snacks I ordered. Sent them an email that night, I emailed them and got an apology and promise to refund. Second delivery of the week and still no snacks, but even worse they delivered the food 2.5 hours early with no extra ice. By the time got home the ice packs had completely defrosted. I emailed again and let them know that I wanted to cancel service after my next delivery. No food arrived for that delivery and again emailed. Got a "gee sorry this happened, but you told us to cancel". I did get a refund for the snacks that were never delivered and the three meals missing from my last delivery. Food was okay, but nothing to brag about. Very disappointing."
