"All I want to know is how come I cannot get my package when I need it. I ordered the December 15th today is December 29th I still don't have my package. They told me it would be here between December 24th-27th. This is after Christmas. My kids didn't have all their gifts and now I'm mad. My family didn't get their gifts. Because someone can't find my home Amazon FedEx can find my Home. But yall can't seem to find my house even though it's the same address that I've had multiple packages come to easy to access., I am mad. I need to talk to a human today. I've called your customer service line 5 times and now I'm pissed I want my items or I want a refund"
"Really bad service, I got asked for a bunch of documents for "security " I have given all they required, still on hold, then they asked for a commercial invoice from the company i purchased from, i got that and its not good enough for them. Seems like shipping a gaming handheld for my son is dangerous business for them, its been stuck on hold for over a week now and I have no idea what to do, such a frustrating experience. I regret using this company, ill be stopping all my factories, starting today, from using them from now on... You genuinely lost allot of business from me."
"DHL is absolutely the WORST of delivery services. The drivers do NOT take notice of CORRECT address. My package was attempted to be delivered to my address. I waited all day AND planned my day accordingly to be home for the delivery. I received a text message stating my package was not able to be delivered because no one was home. I’ve been home all day WAITING. Pictures SHOULD be taken of the home/address by the drivers to PROVE ANY attempted delivery, it’s required of Amazon’s deliveries, which shows the customers that the order was delivered AND the location which also protects the drivers from customers saying their items were not delivered. DHL SHOULD incorporate the same requirements. I do NOT want an automated reply by the “owner” asking for more detail about my experience. That is a slap in the customers face by using the EXACT SAME automated response to ALL NEGATIVE feedback. Which tells me, AI is triggered when a low rated review is submitted. DHL has the upper hand because for now, they are basically the only ones that offer international shipping. It’s a monopoly for DHL, in which the customers suffer the consequences from the lack of employee/driver training."
"Terrible shipping company, it took 4 days for my business documents to arrive here from Europe to Tampa. I waited for my package to arrive at my house from Tampa for 5 uncertain days and it did not arrive. I went to the office and the employee there said that they had not gone out for distribution yet. He said that there were not enough employees. They said that my cargo was in the warehouse and that they had not delivered it yet. It is a complete shame. Because of these, my customers' projects were canceled. Shame on you."
"Package says it'll be delivered Friday, but apparently you have to sign, which is assumed because I scanned the entire tracking website and it never mentions that. Miss them by 2 mins on the middle of a Friday, can't pick it up, never gave me a delivery window.. change signature release but delayed till Monday. Monday they give me a window this time from 1130-130, never came but still wait just in case.. 7 a clock, get a notification it can't be delivered because traffic.. check all traffic maps, all green.. you're a joke DHL.
