"I drove from Leesburg as they were the only office with no passport appointments necessary but they were available if needed! The young woman was very courteous, nice, friendly, and helpful as well as well as informative. I had filled the Application out in blue ink and left out a few details she walked me through it. Thank you thank you so very much!!!. That was a month ago. Now today I can’t find my receipt and I call and the young man was just as courteous, nice, friendly, and helpful as well. Thank you Paisley USPO job well done."

"We went to the US Post Office in Paisley to turn in our Passport applications and Ms Smart was AWESOME! The process was so easy, call to make an appointment, fill out your application online or on-site, take your paperwork with you and get it done! They can even take your passport pictures right then AND take payment without having to get money orders or cashier's checks like when you go to other passport offices! I don't understand why anyone would give negative reviews, this was a painless process and the staff is very nice!"

Making an appointment was really easy, I did the paperwork/application at home online (however you can fill out the paperwork/application here by hand), the picture for my passport was also taken here, and the attendant, Ms. Smart, was extremely helpful and nice too!"

"We have had so many problems with this post office. From other people getting our mail and stealing it or we find it opened in a trash can. Delivers gone missing, scanning it to say it’s been delivered when it hasn’t and having to go in to get it. Wrong key for parcel locker or a key that’s says it right but doest open it at all, plus their hours mean you are likely to have to wait till the next day to get there, which can be awful if you don’t get off work in time. Even with a PO Box, it never ends up in the correct places."
