David was more than happy to assist me (even outside of business hours) to make sure my packages were found. "For the past 3-4 months we've been having CONSTANT issues with our mail. Packages and mail (including papers from the DMV) have been coming up missing. A lot of these were put in the wrong mail boxes and told to send back to where they originally came from. We've lost A LOT of money in packages that never came in (including birthday presents for our son) and some that we did recieve were already opened. Some of our stuff they've been marking as delivered and have just been holding at the actual office without any notice. The people have been pretty rude the last few times we came in, as well. We've had to call in and make SEVERAL complaints about the service, and still nothing seems to be improving."
