"I would like to say I love my golf cart but I feel like I got a lemon. For the price you pay and the amount of issues, it’s not worth the price at all. The business itself has communication problems. When they show up, they are nice and pleasant but it still doesn’t make up for the time of issues this golf cart has had. We won’t be purchasing from this business and personally I don’t recommend just because of the communication and the issues these carts have. Sure they look nice but def not worth the price. On a side note: they have come to my home 3-4 times and every time I find a new issue. The new issue is the frame inside the cart is cracked and broke. I didn’t do it and the cart is less than year old. They also took my golf cart keys with a new key chain and brought back a rusty old key. Def not pleased. The wrong windshield was put on the golf cart and they had no intentions of fixing it until I brought it to their attention I could not fold my windshield down. I found that to be shocking. They knew they put the wrong one on but yet did not say anything about switching it out until I emailed and called about it. Very bummed customer."

"Shon is the best golf cart service man around. He always does my annual service, and has rentals for when family visits. Today he picked up my cart at 9:00 and had it back by 6:00 after a full annual maintenance PLUS 4 new radial tires mounted. His prices are great (the tires installed were less expensive than ordering direct from a retailer and I would have had to mount myself). Highly recommend Shon and Five Star. He is a class, professional businessman."

"Called Five Star based upon the first Google review and was not sorry I did. The owner Shon set a scheduled appointment, called ahead to let me know when he would get there (on time) and he did. Through a stupid mistake of mine he arrived with the wrong tire and we had to reschedule for a couple of days into the future. Same thing, right on time. No extra delivery charge due to my mistake. Shon took care of the new tires, did a full annual PM and fixed a number of things that were broken. Very professional. Reasonable price. Will call Five Star when things that go wrong with cart (hopefully not) and will definitely call them again next year for my PM. Highly recommended."
