"They make no extra effort at delivery. It is funny how fedex and UPS will deliver to my home and not the post office. I have had to stop using Amazon totally. They wonder why they are loosing money and yet make no effort at customer service. Heads up UPS the area is being built up and these new people are not going to tolerate it."

"Mail person will NOT leave packages. I have a regular size box and down my driveway a large box for packages that will not fit in regular size one. Only way I am informed is email from Amazon stating there’s a problem with delivering my packages. No notice at all from carrier. Call constantly, no answer finally get message to put in my code? There is someone here 24/7 NO reason package cannot be delivered. This area is in extreme need of this situation being resolved as you can see by other post, Facebook posts of folks having same issue. Help would certainly be appreciated."

"Very frustrated today on a Sunday because my packages were to big to fit in a tiny mail box that was placed by usps for us to use. Now my husband has to pick up my items monday morning! This continues to happen, ugh!!!"

"There are a few clerks that are very nice and helpful. Everyone else act like jerks! The small framed, ref headed clerk is particularly rude. Has been every single time I see him. I know you have job security, but do you have to be so rude!? If I had a choice, I'd switch post offices. Unfortunately, it doesn't work like that."

"I have personally never encountered a situation such as this. For the last three years our mail lady has refused to bring packages to us. She left a nasty letter in my mailbox saying that her car would not drive down our driveway which she obviously has mistaken our house for another one because anybody can get through our driveway. I have called and spoke to her boss (not sure of her title) on multiple occasions she said she would come look and see why our mail lady couldn’t deliver packages and on the follow up phone call I was told I was correct there’s no reason why our packages couldn’t be delivered to us and we wouldn’t have a problem after that. Since then every single package I get I have a problem with. I went to the post office because you can’t reach anybody on the phone and the guy working there said he would leave my phone number but that is it because he gets so many of the same complaints he doesn’t want to be involved. I never received a phone call back. This is insanity. How does this lady still have a job? It is not right that I have to wait on hold over an hour for every single package I order. What else do I have to do to get this lazy lady to do her job? I am at my wits end. I will keep making phone calls until this is corrected. This lady cannot get away with this much longer."
