"Would leave 0 stars or negative if possible. Stole my package. They couldn’t deliver it during my time window and didn’t give sufficient notice by the time their building closed so I couldn’t even pick it up from the facility. Time sensitive package also. Terrible people. Absolute garbage. No brains running the operation and I don’t even have the option to cancel the service through my apartment. Crazy. If you’re looking at apartments that only use this service, run away."

"For a package delivery service there logistics suck. If it’s raining the slightest they cancel your delivery and don’t even reschedule it for the next day you have to go in and select your delivery time. The customer service is horrible and it’s impossible to speak to someone. You’re met with a chat bot that can’t even spell correctly. The only reason why I am even using fetch (probably the only reason they’re in business still) is because my apartment complex requires you to use them and I have no choice. I have paid extra for next day shipping and have not received it for two or three days because of fetch with no compensation. They truly don’t care they’re costing people money and time. If you have made it this far and are still considering using them, I strongly urge you not to, let this be your sign to stay far away from the headaches to come when useing fetch."

"I would give zero stars if it were possible. TERRIBLE service and they don't prioritize getting your items on time. Instead they'll no show and say you have to reschedule. The text and email service that have set up is extremely unprofessional. They refuse to respond when they miss a delivery. This is NOT a Concierge or reliable delivery service. They are terrible."

"Property hasn't been able to locate my package that was delivered over a week ago. No way to contact anyone by phone and only receiving emails of "we are working on your case". I have been passed around by several staff via email and every time they ask me to send the same exact information I had sent the previous employee. It's like they want to wear you out until you give up or forget about it. This is a terrible service with terrible organization and I would post zero stars if I could. Will be warning everyone to avoid it like the plague."

"Edit: my property management office found my packages. I won’t use Fetch anymore, as they have a history of poor delivery services. 2 packages were lost last week and still no resolution. As in they are gone … and no one can tell me what’s going on. If they post back on this, they HAVE NOT found or fixed anything. No one person has been in touch; a bunch of people saying they will now take the case (3-4 new, different people passing the buck). I now have a new Fetch package at the Tampa warehouse to be delivered today, and I’m filled with great anxiety. These are canvas pictures of my son’s graduation. I have filed a better business bureau complaint, but I’m not sure what else to do. Hey, Fetch, why don’t you get in touch with me and solve this?"
