"We were supposed to get delivery between noon and 4pm... Called company spoke to dispatch who told me the truck wouldn’t start loading til 3pm and as long as the warehouse “wasn’t a disaster” they SHOULD be on road BY 345pm.... So after lost time, tickets lost, They FINALLY showed up around 7pm and then had the BALLS to charge us additional for a service we were told was included.... Scam or Rip Off???? 5 Star reviews HAVE TO be from employees...."

"So, My window is 3pm - 7pm .... it's 6:12 pm and they're in a town 2 hours away from me...... No way will they be here on time! I live exactly 10 minutes from the store they picked up my item from. I will update this if they are on time but sadly that most likely won't happen!! I am sick of businesses not providing the service paid for.... They, by the way...don't seem to care about these reviews....but you should.... Please find another service to deliver your items!...."

"Rude, poor customer service, left furniture with all the plastic on and didn't assemble the legs on the furniture, just dumped it in the corner and left! Then lied about the situation and said we just said to leave it!!! What a joke!"

"My window was 6-10, they called me at 7:10 telling me they cant make it. How about you schedule your deliveries a little better so I dont have to be inconvenienced AGAIN and schedule ANOTHER delivery window?? Forget the plans I had to break to meet today's delivery. I still have to pay the delivery fee when they get here at my next appt (IF they show up) because as long as they let you know before your window ends, their policy is to not waive any fees. Guess what company i'm never going through again! You could have called before I broke plans and spent the last hour and ten minutes twiddling my damn thumbs waiting for you to NOT show up. So frustrating."

"I'm giving 1 star because i can't post with zero stars. On our first delivery the employees were more interested in what was on our tv than assembling our furniture. When we called for a return/replacement per the furniture store I was met with nothing but hassle from the company. Today when they called to confirm everything they called a phone number we had not provided them. Now 4 hours past due for our return/replacement and not even a courtesy phone call to say they got delayed, they need to reschedule, they are on their way, or even we didn't feel like delivering it to you. Working in customer service for over 30 years, it is common courtesy to contact your client and update them when you are on your way, late or need to reschedule. I have even left them 6 voicemails with no return phone calls. It makes me concerned that maybe they have taken our furniture and decided to keep it for themselves."
