"I recently hired Hilton Hitch to haul our new Filly from Idaho to Maine. My initial contact with the office was with Cherie and she was amazing from the beginning to well after our filly arrived in Maine. The drivers Tom and Eric were equally as amazing!! They kept in contact with me from before they picked her up to after the drop off, even sending me pictures of her along the way!! They all knew how important it was to us to make her trip as comfortable as possible and when she arrived she looked incredible! She looked well rested and had obviously eaten and drank well on her journey. She arrived the day before Thanksgiving and I was so very pleased with the experience and how well she looked that I emailed Hilton Hitch to thank them and let me know how well she was doing on Thanksgiving day. To my surprise they called me (on Thanksgiving) just to thank me for the email and let me know what an awesome traveler our filly was. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Hilton Hitch! "They took great care of my new boy during transit. He was in a box stall. Arrived completely calm, happy & well nourished. Loved their trucks, drivers & office ladies alike. They also made great time once he was loaded up on the trailer. I was rather impressed. I do wish I got a couple more updates once they had him on board. But he was traveling over the weekend. So I’m sure that was most of it. They were very communicative regarding drop off with me. Which is where I was on the trip from TX to NV. All in all I would happily use them again & recommend to family & friends."

"For the transport of my horse I was looking for real people who really cared about me and my baby. Hilton Hitch is that. The ladies in the office are great to work with. They happily and quickly answered all my questions whether it was a phone call or a prompt reply to an email. Pick up and delivery was on their time because I used the shared ride but they were great about giving updates as to the expected time they would arrive. And arrived when they said they would. The drivers were wonderful to work with. Easy to get a hold of on the phone and work out the details of pick up and delivery. The truck was clean and orderly. And the driver was skilled in his profession. I used a box stall for the long trip. It was more spacious than I expected which was so nice for my horse who has never spent anytime in a stall. Since my baby had to be stuck in a tiny moving square for 45 hours, I’m glad it was with you guys."
