QUIK RYDE LLC

"BUYER BEWARE : COMPANY WILL NOT PROVIDE BILL OF SALE OR TITLE & WILL NOT OFFER WARRANTY WORK. I recently purchased a golf cart from Quik Ryde and dealt with the owner David Cochran. I paid cash for the golf cart (no financing). After realizing I never received a title or bill of sale I reached out to see if David could send the title and/or bill of sale. David, on multiple occasions, said he was sending the title and bill of sale. Then he was going to overnight the documentation several times, but never did. Then after multiple lies of saying the docs had shipped and myself following up; David said I was “too high maintenance” and his company would now no longer offer the guaranteed warranty work because he didn’t make enough money on the deal, to deal with me. It has now been ~2 months since I purchased the golf cart and I haven’t received the bill of sale which is actually required by law to be provided. David did explain that in order to get the title for the vehicle there were components that needed to be on the vehicle to be street legal and it would cost ~$850 and I offered to pay for all of that. But then he said he doesn’t want to deal with me anymore and to return the cart back to his home to his wife or I can keep the cart AS IS but he will not provide a bill of sale or title for the vehicle or have any further communication with me."
