"Forklift guy was rude with an attitude at first about everything then chilled out after awhile. You actually have to drive around to the back street of this building to back into the ramp door to get loaded. Don't drive into the building from the main address if your in a tractor trailer. I asked a worker there to guide me as I had to back my trailer crossing a street into the ramp and he didn't want to. Talk about not even helping another fellow out with safety."

"my family hired this company to pack and move our personal belongings and household goods. Upon the packers leaving the residence on the first day, our jewelry was missing. We filed a police report and spoke to the operations manager about the employees. He defended them and said that he knows these employees "personally" and has "set them up" with valuable items in sight before without a complaint of theft. We requested for them to stop services but they refused to refund our money which was prepaid, because we signed a "contract" although our household goods weren't even in their possession. The remainder of the time that we had to deal with this company was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I wish wee would have hired another company to handle our goods."
