"Zero stars! Randomly rescheduled delivery date on microwave purchased at Home Depot. No consideration to my schedule or time constraints. Apparently they get to decide when I need my delivery and how I’m supposed rearrange my schedule for their convenience. Called Home Depot and complained loudly. They can’t do anything because these folks have the delivery contract. Ridiculous! Just when I was about to change my mind about Home Depot, they go and snatch defeat from the jaws of victory by contracting with a sorry delivery contractor."
"ZERO stars. They are the contracted delivery company for Home Depot. Twice they have come and twice things have gone poorly. The second visit was to swap out the appliances damaged first visit. Visit one, they arrived 7 pm and stayed until 9:45 pm. Visit two, arrived after 6 pm. Hard to check items when they come after dark. Visit two, guy delivering the replacements refused to take away the damaged ones he was there to swap out. I called Home Depot who confirmed for him on the phone that yes, he was there to swap out. He refused, loaded up the replacements (which he had already unloaded on my driveway), and drove away after telling me he "had to go" because he "still had 7 more deliveries to make" (at 6:15 pm). I was livid, went out and bought replacements from a local store. Still waiting on Home Depot contracted delivery company to come pick up the damaged appliances I have now asked Home Depot for refund of, since their delivery agent had me wait all day on a Saturday, TWICE, with still no resolution. Horrible way to run a business."
"Not sure why I can't give them no stars. From communication issues, to outright lying to me to get me off the phone, and then ignoring phone calls. I have NO IDEA how this company even exists. Given a 15 minute heads up that they were at our house for delivery, and show up 12 minutes later with NO ONE there. Driver says he won't turn around and that he "did what he was supposed to do". No attempt to fix or reschedule or remedy the problem. Told they would do something, and call back. Have yet to hear anything... Head office representatives also unapologetic and did nothing to assist in the matter. Can't adequately express my disgust with complete lack of customer service."
"ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Serpro is incompetent and negligent, and I will NEVER do business with a company that uses them ever again. Serpro delivered a washer & dryer I had purchased from Home Depot. Two delivery men showed up way after the 1-5 pm "arrival window", after dark, and ended up installing my washer incorrectly. Shipping material was left in it, it was left unleveled, and they lost the gaskets to the brand new water hoses I had purchased because they tried to assemble everything in the street in the dark (I still have no idea why they did that since there's plenty of light in my driveway). The first and only load of clothes I washed in it caused damage to the brand new washer & dryer, as well as my laundry room walls. Home Depot scheduled them to come back out (7 days later) to fix it and they just didn't show up. Nevermind my husband and I moved our work schedules around to be here. No call, nothing. Even Home Depot's delivery support team had made numerous attempts to contact them throughout the week and couldn't get them to answer the phone. I've learned that other Home Depot customers have had to deal with this as well. I have been unable to do laundry for 3 weeks now. Save yourself a lot of trouble and damage to your home & appliances by not doing business with these people."
"If you purchase anything that they have to deliver, do yourself a favor and cancel the order. They are by far the worst company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Failed to show up at all the first day that the delivery was scheduled. They did show up the second day and failed to hook up my washing machine properly managing to flood a very large portion of my home. For the past 2 and a half months I have gotten nothing but the run around from them and have still yet to have the $6,000 worth of damage to my home repaired. I can't even get Ron(the manager) to answer my calls or return my messages that I have left with the rude receptionist named Kathy."
