"The worst transport company I've seen. After refusing the insurance is deliberately loaded the container with the fragile boxes below and in the opposite direction of the arrows indicated on the boxes. They tell me that they are not responsible because I didn't take the insurance.... A really dishonest company"
"Great service and staff! The process to ship goods goes smoothly. It can get busy but they still make the process as smooth as possible."
"I built a home in the Bahamas and have been shipping my materials with Seacor for the past two years. They have always gotten my materials to me on time and in one piece. I highly recomend them."
"They are just bad. They don't deliver your stuff when they tell you, then they find it a week later, then they charge you a store your stuff when they find it. Pretty convenient. There is another word for that, right...."
"Considering this was my first time shipping, the staff made it easy and EVERYONE was extremely courteous.Tuesday evening I arrived way after closing time, and a gentleman politely explained I needed to come back the following day. The next morning, a lovely tall, young lady at the front desk went out of her way to talk me through the procedure, since I didn't have paperwork from my customer. I wish I remember her name. Long, dark, curly hair. The gentleman on the forklift dispatched the load quickly and politely, since again, I may not have had everything in perfect order. In fact, he had noticed me there late the previous day, and said they would have unloaded anyway if I would have said something. The company I work for has to beg and cajole for good Google reviews. Right at the outset I knew I would let everyone know my experience was great. I took a picture of my load at Seacor. June G., Jefferson Fence."
