"Those people are wicked I brought a bag for them to ship it to DR,they we’re guaranteed that the bag will get there in a month, after a month 4 days I contacted them they never responded back,one day I called them they hung up on me ,when they finally decided to talk to me they lied,they told me the bags has arrived the delivery guy will deliver it after a week the bad has not been delivered I called them again on june 29th (1 month 15 days)the lady pretended that she was talking with the delivery person in DR then she said the bag will be delivered on monday july 3rd at 8 am I offered to pick the bag up cause when I went to her office she said the person can pick it up if the person reside in Santo Domingo cause they hve an office there,however when I told her to send the adeess over she send an adress that is way far from Santo Domingo ( santiago)then I decided to wait,monday at 11 am I called her I told her they haven’t received the bag yet she said she told me at 8 it’s 11 am we have the whole day just wait,the package never delivered when I contacted her on july 4th she ignored me I had sent over 10 messages she ignored me then I went on the business page I left a comment then I screenshot it send it trough her whatsapp then she finally responded saying that she don’t work today july 4th she kept saying a bunch of stuff,she said my package will be delivered this week at tge moment they’re making deliveries they just hasn’t got to my package,she said thank you for your comprehensive sunce then she never contacted me,the person had waited for 19 days after the delivery time the person decided to go to Haiti cause he has been waiting too long."
