I called Tropic trailer repair and they were helpful, professional, and were able to fit me in to look at the trailer even though it was the Friday of New Year’s. Neil and the staff gave exceptional service at a reasonable cost, doing some bearing work and Kodiak brake assembly. I was barely sidelined on my 1200 mile trip due to their responsiveness and ability to accommodate this repair. I really appreciate it and recommend this business!!"

"I would not recommend this place. They give you a price and when you pick it up they increase the price for the work. Also, they damaged the bumper paint while putting on the towing hitch. Front desk people were not friendly and seemed to be stoned from Marijuana. Shop and office is filthy. Bad experience and don't recommend. Neil immediately denied any responsibility and justified increase cost based on taxes which is an absurd justification. Asked about warranty and they said just bring it back if any problems. I asked them several times and no one knew. Owner said trust us. Well, trust is earned and only as good as the person's ethics and character. I don't trust them at all."
