"Absolutely horrible experience. Moving company showed up in a Uhaul and was completely unorganized. On the move-in day, the company moved the wrong furniture unit to us and realized and had to go back and start again. When they did show up, they broke a number of materials (shattered TV, conference table, multiple desks) and there were many missing pieces of furniture. We have been trying to chase them down for repayment for weeks and all we are told is "it is a process". We will now be filing a claim. It's one thing to accidentally lose or break someone's furniture, it's another to not reimburse them. We highly highly do not recommend."
