"RTA BIZ's shipping process is excellent but I believe they could be a little more timely in updating the status of the packages. I asked a question on 1 Oct and I have not gotten a response, and today is 8 Oct. I did however, receive a message about prime discounts. They just chose to ignore my question."

A package of mine was delivered to their warehouse in Florida (I received all the information for the distributor) but I realized I hadn't received a notification about the package. So I reached out to RTABIZ and gave them all the information they needed and up to now no one has said anything to me. I have to be the one who is bombarding them every day in order to get my package and it's really not making any sense to me whatsoever. They even ignore my messages at times. This is poor."
