There is so much professional incompetence, carelessness and very bad communications skills, You will have to call call call and call to get service from them, You pay this guys but still need to remind them to do yours work. A lot of this guys needs serious training HONESTLY."

"Very unreliable. They didn't load all my stuff in my container and they lost some of my items excess of 3500$ and won't compensate me for their negligence , they kept stalling me for over 8 months claiming that the items were in their storage when I asked for pictures of my items they kept dodging my calls , until they acknowledged that they did in fact lose my stuff. When I asked for compensation, the owner replied back that they are not responsible and their liability is only $500 and only applies to vehicles . They cost me $3500 for my lost items and another $750 to ship the items that they forgot to load in my container the first time. Very shady company , won't advise to deal with them ."
