"I take the time to write this review, and report the bad experience I had with this freight agency. 1. Delivery time more than 2 months. 2. the poor condition in which they delivered my boxes, broken, open and the items damaged, crushed. 3. I needed items, the boxes arrived looted 4.the customer service is terrible, they never respond, no one gives a reason for anything 5. They are not responsible for the insurance."

From the customer service they received to the timely and hassle-free delivery, everything went very well. In my opinion, not only were they treated fairly and the prices for the service were very reasonable compared to other companies, but they also made special accommodations to my parents' needs on time, etc. We would use the American Logistic service again. I hope other people who have had a good experience give their review to support this company. My parents have used this service twice moving back to Colombia and they had no issues at all. They were always given prompt answers to any question they had, they were treated fairly and the company did any accommodation necessary to help them in the process. "Since January 28 of this year I sent an extra-long box to Colombia and it has not yet arrived at its destination. For several days now they have not answered calls or WhatsApp. I see that they constantly change direction."
