"I’m a little quirky in that I like to look out-of-state for better deals on used cars. In MN, most dealers are out of whack on car prices, but a few states away, they’re much more realistic. I found a great used vehicle, three states away and normally I’d fly in to get it and bring it home, I just didn’t have the time this time, so I contacted a service to give me a bunch of quotes and I was inundated with WAY too many. I’ve never used a transport service before, and the attention to detail from my communications with Mercury stood out. They weren’t the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive either. But they seemed like the perfect middle ground of not-too-expensive, but reliable and wouldn’t screw me over. I chose them and am very glad I did. Danielle was very easy to get a hold of and very communicative throughout the process. Within a couple days we had a driver picking up the vehicle and the driver handled the pickup directly with the car dealership, no issues there whatsoever. Because this was my time using a transport, I was nervous, but after meeting the driver at a nearby grocery store parking lot, I checked it out and the car was absolutely perfect. I was thrilled. I would definitely use them again! Using a company like Mercury makes it SO much easier to buy a used car out of state."

"** Mercury Auto Transport made shipping my vehicle easy and stress free!! ** I had never scheduled shipment of a vehicle before and when I started looking at doing this, it seemed a little overwhelming. After receiving 14 estimates and doing research on the different companies, I selected Mercury Auto Transport and I am thrilled that I picked them. First, Jim (my logistics agent) was great to work with. He stayed in constant communication with me via text, email and when needed phone calls. I heard from him during both the scheduling process and the transportation process. Jim also made sure that important details were taken into consideration, such as the business hours of the pickup location. Mercury Auto Transport also provided detailed and important information via email, text and on their website. They explained in great detail how the entire process works, what steps I needed to take, and how to engage with the company that would transport my vehicle. When a transportation company was selected, Jim immediately provided me with all of the important information including the contact information for my driver and his company. I was also contacted by June (from Mercury) to ensure all was going smoothly. During transport, Jim and June checked-in with me and they continued to stay in contact until I received my vehicle. Finally, the cost estimate provided was spot on, the company that transported my vehicle was awesome, and this all happened in a very timely manner (and matched my expectations)! "This was the first time I’ve ever personally shipped a vehicle. I’ve done so many times through company moving companies but never on my own. I even called the folks are company uses and it was more them double the price. So, I was a bit nervous. Jim at Mercury was great to deal with. It did take a little while to find a carrier but I was in no hurry. They had some options I could have taken but didn’t. If you read the notes on there website and watch video’s everything happens exactly as they describe. The carrier they choose was fantastic. Nicest guy. Picked up Jeep in front of my house and delivered 3 days early. Phoenix to South Carolina. That’s a long trip. Took 4 days. The entire experience was great. I will use Mercury again in the future. This Jeep was shipped to my son who is a freshman in college."

He took me through the step by step what will happen and took the time to answer my questions. Although I was very hesitant at first, he was able to find a transport very quickly and after a few phone calls, my car was shipped and on its way.Their prices are fair and are willing to work around your budget and find quality transportation.
