"***THIS IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY*** *** WARNING WARNING WARNING *** If there was an option to give negative stars I would, this place is an absolute disaster for your moving services. Anthony would act as the sweetest guy when he has to sell the services to you and will sweetly and patiently answer all your questions. BUT AS SOON AS YOU GIVE THE FIRST INSTALLMENT OHHH THATS WHEN THE DISASTER COMES. Anthony gave us a quote of our one bedroom that it will be about 263 cubic feet AND MIND YOU HE NEVER OFFERED US A WALK THROUGH OF OUR STUFF TO GET AN EXACT QUOTE OF PRICE AND CUBIC FEET. He quoted us 1700 for 263 cubic feet and we had to pay $500 upfront, $600 at pick up and $600 at delivery for a move from Boston to Austin. Since it was our first time using movers, we thought this would be a normal price quote. Comes the week of the pick up. We constantly try to get in touch with Anthony but he would block our calls, not pick up our calls, transfer them to other employees but he would not come on the call at all. His job is to be super sweet and sell this fraud. Other employees are absolutely useless and rudest ones I have ever met. Especially Frankii, she does not know how to speak to anyone. On the pick up date, a truck from Exclusive Movers comes in and we didn’t know they were coming we thought Allegiance Truck would show up. This whole time the truck was standing at our place, Allegiance did not even know if their contractor/truck has arrived. So they don’t care about you or your move after we have paid the upfront $500 to Anthony Exclusive Movers were the one who packed and picked our stuff. They put everything in and said it will be $3000 so $1500 now at pick up and $1500 at drop off! So from $1700 quote, we now had to pay $3000 plus that $500 that we already paid during our initial contract. During this whole time when the contractor gave us the $3000 quote, we were trying to get in touch with Allegiance and Frankii would be super rude and hang up the phone on our faces. ***She had the guts to tell me to never call her again because she has other customers to serve and that we are not the only one who has problems!*** It was our lucky day that the Exclusive Movers were good people who helped us through our quote and brought it down to $2000 total. But Allegiance is just a BROKER that will give you an entire quote that is way way way off and will not even offer you a walk through of your stuff to give an exact quote. When the move day comes and the carrier gives you the exact cubit feet quote and it’s way off, FRANKIE WOULD SAY THAT OHH YOU NEVER ASKED FOR A WALK THROUGH. But someone who is using a service like this for the first time wouldn’t know what they offer what they don’t! She said it’s not my responsibility to give you ideas about what we offer about walk throughs or not. ***All in all it was a very bad and a depressing experience and I would never ever use this company ever again. ANTHONY AND FRANKIE ARE FRAUDSTERS AND PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ALLEGIANCE VAN LINES! ***"

"If you hire this company expect your worst money and emotional life experience. the first service to complete the sale, they treat you very well, it seems to be a reliable company. but make the first payment and the hell in your life will begin. They promise to deliver your things in a few days, but they outsource all the next steps. then they threaten and coerce you until you are totally stuck with him. They say they deliver in 3 days and then they say it takes 21 days. the initial value you agree with them is not real. First, when they arrive to pick up things, they call you saying you will have to pay again, and when they arrive to drop off your things, they say that you need to pay again. either you pay what they ask or they threaten you to leave your furniture they are rude they don't answer calls they don't have time estimates. It was the worst thing that happened in my life to hire this company. lies and lies. they will leave you emotionally fragile by playing games all the time. DO NOT HIRE this company. I had never used reviews for companies before. but this one is so bad that it deserves it. I hope other people don't fall for this scam"
