"I sent an item to these people from Canada on behalf of a family member. The item was confirmed delivered by Canada Post and USPS, and somehow Spartan never received it. When we emailed them to find out what's going on, they completely ignored. NO RESPONSE for three weeks and counting, likely because they decided to steal the item. If I we get a response and the issue is resolved I will update this review accordingly. Until then, I recommend you STAY AWAY from these potential thieves."

"I have shipped with this company MANY MANY times at first the service was ok...however the last three shipping was awful. I am not one to advise others to not use any company however I will say check and know your own item cubic/measurement and always compare prices with other shipping companies as there are MANY going to the SAME location. I do not like inconsistency in prices and I realize that very late.. however better late than never. THEREFORE I WILL NEVER SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!"
