"Don’t waste your money. Absolutely terrible customer service. Dispatched a driver that arrived at the late hours of the night with the wrong equipment for the job discussed on the phone. Transport Masters provided no real help in resolving the issue nor was I reimbursed my deposit. I quickly realized you simply pay them too much to do a job you could do yourself on the internet. They provide no security for you nor do they care about the quality of service you as a paying customer receive. Customer service through the support line was the worst I’ve ever seen. I’ve received more respect at fast food restaurants than I did with this company. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money. They’re just out to take it."

Understand you are at the mercy of the actual drivers and their schedules. If you want it cheap you are gonna wait. If you wanna pay top dollar you can get a little picky on pickup dates.
