After being promised Wednesday delivery by the Eleuthera agent, I paid extra for one-day shipping on Amazon to ensure that my item would arrive in plenty of time and be at the front of the line. Item arrived at Twinex on Friday. E-mails to Eleuthera agent on Friday and Sunday emphasizing urgency went unanswered. Item was not put on the Wednesday flight. Despite promises, Eleuthera agent did not return phone calls or keep me updated."
