I AM HOPING UPS IS BETTER, BUT FEDEX THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND THE SALES REP DOESN'T WANT TO UPSET THE APPLE CART I AM SURE BECAUSE I WANTED A MEETING TO IMPROVE THE SERVICE AND NOPE THAT HASN'T HAPPENED !! WE ARE ON OUR WAY BACK TO UPS !! $29,000 IN SHIPMENTS IN 2023 and NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO PICK UP THE PHONE AT FEDEX LET ALONE THE SALES REP. THEY ABSOLUTLEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A COMPANY THAT TAKES CARE OF THE CUSTOMER !"

"Having prized working for FedEx for the last year. I am deeply disturbed with the HR/Engagement & Management team at this facility. There’s an unpleasant “Country Club”- Elitist- culture here. To which, they parade and promote, like minded individuals. Meanwhile, curating a manipulative subjugation over the already weary trodden employees. This was put on full display rather quickly with how I was treated & ultimately terminated at a very grievous moment in my life. The HR department is very unprofessional. They shown me a host of disingenuous contempt. Ranging from: avoidance, intolerance, & devious interaction over the phone & in office (Mocking, interruptions, & gaslighting) on several occasions. I built a rapport of being an ethically righteous & efficient team member. This was ultimately never considered for review before covertly firing me. Be very wary of the staff here and committing anymore of yourself/time than you have to."
