"Tried to bill me for extra fees 2 months after delivery. Created a bogus back dated invoice and said it was "past due". Said it was a "residential" fee. Delivery was not residential, then they said that was a mistake, it's a "limited access" fee. That also doesn't apply. Then they said "oh wait it WAS residential fee". Never disclosed, notified or billed this made up "fee". Multiple complaints filed. Never again."

"When you think of freight companies and logistics you think of communication, efficiency and timeley deliveries. My shipment of 1 pallet of goods was received on 3/2 in the same city as the final destination. The goods were to leave the warehouse by 3/9 and ExFreight was informed on 3/7 they were ready for pick-up. ExFreight did not end up picking up the goods until Monday 3/13. This resulted in an additional $120 in warehouse fees that was charged to me, even though it was their mistake. I was informed that the delivery is a 1 day delivery however after waiting days for my shipment was contacted and told it would be delivered on 3/20 which resulted in my project being delayed considerably and lost revenue . I placed multiple calls and emails to Jennifer Anderson who was supposedly my point person with ExFreight and received not 1 response or acknowledgement from her. I arranged a fork lift to receive the goods at their request and requested that the driver or someone call me prior to delivery so I could ensure a smooth receipt and inform them where the delivery needed to be dropped at. They did not call me and instead of delivering to my business address somehow delivered to my home address even though I had in my email signature, the notes and emailed at one point the final destination. Thankfully the trucking company was kind enough to reroute the shipment without to the final destination even though ExFreight told me it would be at the least an additional 48 hours before delivery could be arranged and there would be additional costs that I would be required to pay. So in a nutshell, ExFreight was late to pick-up the shipment from the warehouse resulting in additional fees, late in delivering the shipment resulting in what would have been additional fees and unresponsive to my calls and emails requesting a phone call to clear up why this was such a disaster. I would urge anyone who wants their goods in a timely manner to consider another company."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They used a third party hauler who lost our equipment on the way to a trade show. They only located the equipment after a week of searching after the trade show was completed losing 8K for my company. After claiming they would help us make a claim to our insurance provider and the 3rd party they are basically just standing behind their terms and conditions as they are not responsible for incidentals. This would not be incidental if they did not hire a third party hauler that lost our equipment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRODUCTS AND AVOID AT ALL COST FOR TRADE SHOWS!!! Im already looking into legal representation against this company."

"worst delivery I have ever experienced.. (if they will ever be able to deliver) we are waiting for our US (air!!) freight since more than 5 weeks not able to clear correctly or deliver the correct goods. after all the weeks they showed up with the wrong freight !! a complete "service" nightmare"
