"I would give zero stars if I could. This facility hires thieves. My package was stolen twice in one week! Bogus “investigations” from the company. Makes me sick! How are they signing for my package and leaving no picture with no repercussions from management?! Ridiculous."

"I would give NO STARS if I could. OPERATIONAL DELAY definition is we will get there when we feel like it. Tried customer service. That’s a joke. Got hung up on. Takes 5-6 days after delivery date. For delivery. Broken bashed, Road dirt covered etc.. worse delivery service EVER. Drivers should be held accountable for not delivering items in a timely fashion."

"Have been trying to get a package shipped from this location. Signature required package and nobody showed up. Package has been delayed for days. Tomorrow will be the last day before I go out of my way to drive over there and pick it up! FedEx is horrible. Corporate couldn't even hold or redirect my package due to their system. Just Horrible!"

"This is the 2nd package in the past week FedEx has tried to deliver to my business on a Sunday (during non-business day & hours). I still haven't received my 1st package from 7 days ago even after opening a case, creating a profile online stating it's a business address (tracking 615562826460). I stayed at office till 8pm Monday, since they said it would be delivered again next day. They haven't attempted another delivery in a week. It's virtually impossible to get help on the phone and seems to do nothing. Crazy this company can stay in business."

"The driver from this facility has damaged my yard on numerous occasions. This past Friday he drove up onto my neighbor's sidewalk and proceed to run over my water meter to my house. He completely destroyed the meter box and meter which resulted in water going everywhere. The Village of Tequesta had to come out to shut done the water and I was without water for hours. I have complained on multiple occasions and FedEx does nothing about it. I spoke with a representative today from FedEx corporate and they told me this facility in West Palm Beach has not removed him from the route that goes by my house, even though I've requested it. I have video of the driver running over my yard again yesterday. This is extremely frustrating and FedEx is doing nothing to resolve the matter. At this point I know the driver is doing this on purpose."
