"TLDR: You. Will. Lose. Money. With. This. Company. Please check Better Business Bureau to note how often they withhold money from customers (against their own contract terms) with absolutely zero response via phone, text or email. I have never been so aggressively disrespected by a company before. Absolute worst experience of my life and I didn't even have them move me! I contracted this company for a move and then canceled the same day which is within the refund period per their contract. I received a delayed reply stating that my request for a refund was approved and within the time frame needed. From that day to me writing this email it has been 73 days without me receiving the refund for my deposit. I can guarantee you that once any type of issue arises with this company they WILL NOT answer a single email or phone call from you. I have called no less than 25 times, emailed 12 times (replying to direct communications we had day of booking) with absolutely no answer. They will do their best to take your money and run, the only way I was able to get any type of answer was to file a complaint on the Better Business Bureau in which they gave no reasoning or excuse for their utter lack of communication. Without a doubt, you will lose money with this company."

"They were awful. Boxes had all been opened, multiple items missing or damaged, bugs had infested some of the boxes, and they took over 2 weeks to get the items moved one state over. They are cheaper than the rest, but they get angry doing the service at the price point THEY determine, and will take it out on your belongings. Do not include hand tools or small, valuable electronics in your boxes or basically anything a male, blue collar laborer would find interesting, re-sellable, or useful, because they will end up "missing." Your stuff will sit in storage and switch hands so many times, the ones that will end up making your delivery at your destination cannot be held liable."

"Big time scam artist. Once they arrive at your place to pick up items. They make you take your clothes out of the drawers and say you can’t add that so they have to go in boxes so they up the price. Then they tell you that your stuff will be delivered quick but have you wait over 3 weeks for delivery. When you call just to see ETA they get annoyed but I only want to know delivery date so I plan my day accordingly and make sure I am there for delivery instead of waiting around. The. When they deliver pieces came broken but the worse part is that the delivery guy charges you after 75 steps from the truck to your home. In other words anything over those 75 steps you will be charged per step. Yes scam artist. But definitely rude customer service. And I didn’t even treat them with an attitude I was actually respectful."

"Beware! They are NOT a moving company and not to be mistaken for Allied Moving. They are a broker. Why is this important? Because as soon as they sell the service they wipe their hands clean of any responsibility or help if anything goes sideways with the move. Which in my case it did. I have over 2k in damage and the movers they selected offered me initially 50 bucks! Then changed it to 100! What a joke, If I was you, liquidate your belongings and start over, or go with someone else if your care for your belongings. 100 bucks…haha."
