"Like many reviews I’ve already read; mine is exactly the same. This company picked up my freight APRIL 1st 2022. After watching the tracking not moving. I contacted the company they picked it up from. They informed me my freight was picked up at 9:00am on Aptil 1, 2022. I waited for them (Bullet Deliveries) to call me with a delivery date. They finally called to schedule the delivery for Thursday April 7 between 10-5. Instead of showing up Thursday I received a call claiming the driver who was to pick up my freight truck broke down and they had to reschedule my delivery for Monday April 11. She then thanked me for being so understanding. Monday comes and I receive yet another call on the morning claiming they have to reschedule again because they’re having problems with the route. This time it was set for Wednesday April 13. And then again; Wednesday arrives and they’re rescheduling me for Thursday for whatever reason. I was very upset and said I cannot continue taking time off from my job for a delivery you scheduled only to call me ON THE DELIVERY DAY with another lame excuse as to why thwy can’t deliver. After hearing me loose my temper a man gets on the line and says: “We have Thursday we can bring it. What time do you want it?” I said it has to be between 3-5 because I’m not taking off another day only for them to call me o. The day of delivery informing me they have to reschedule again. So, let us see if their word is GOOD THIS TIME. I literally HATE this company and anything they stand for. They know nothing about being honest and don’t have any integrity what so ever. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. THEY ARE TOTALLY PATHETIC AND HAVE TO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. THEY ARE LIARS. THEY ARE WORTHLESS AND WORTH EVEN LESS THAN THAT. THEY ARE TOTALLY SORRY AND THEY NEED TO; heck it’s imperative for them to CLOSE THEIR DOORS……FOREVER"

"Terrible customer service, and terrible communication skills. They lie about your packages being delivered to their warehouse when tracking shows the date and time it arrived there. Have been told 3 times on 3 different days that my package from Custom Offsets was delivered the “night before and was coming off the truck the next morning” and that they would give me a call to schedule delivery. Horribly unorganized company to have your packages go through, the workers have no idea what they are doing or how to speak with customers."

"They don't even deserve 1 star. 3 full days waiting for a delivery that never arrived. They set up 3 different days, never to show up. I have waisted 3 days waiting for my freight.........I am giving them 1 star just to be able to post my review!!! Simply irresponsible."

"The customer service of this company is subpar. The shipment arrived at their facility at 9:00 on a Thursday. We were told delivery Friday. They called Friday gave us a delivery of Tuesday between 10-6. At this point I've only spoke to a woman on the phone. I called Tuesday and the woman that answered couldn't find our paperwork. I was finally assured it was on the truck for delivery. No show no call on Tuesday. Wednesday I called and a gentleman answered. I told him the situation. I was told the truck broke down and that the delivery person should've called us to inform us that the delivery would be the next day. He was very nice and apologetic. He told me delivery after 12pm. Here comes 3:50 and nothing. Before they close @ 4:30 let me call. I asked the lady if she would call the driver and find out where he is. She was so rude!! Her response, "we don't put our drivers in danger calling them to find out where they are for a delivery." Yet the driver calls us to let us know he's 30 minutes away. I told her she was no help. 4:45 the delivery shows. The gentleman was very nice. The 2 stars is for the rudeness and poor customer service in the office."
