"We shipped time critical exhibits to New York and figured three days before the event that our pallets were still sitting in Florida. Had to rent a truck, pick them up and one employee had to drive from Florida to New York to get it in time. On the way back, our pallets arrived WEEKS late in Delray and as they don't keep any delivery promise, we now have to go and pick them up again to get them back to our warehouse. BEWARE!!!"

"Unbelievable level of incompetence and deceit. I took the day off for a delivery and after refusing to bring it over a small set of stairs to my unit (despite me offering to help), the delivery guy marked the package as "Customer refused delivery". Then they sat on the product for nearly two weeks (telling me to expect a call EVERY DAY) to hand it off to someone who can deliver. After 12 calls back and forth over 2 weeks I got fed up and canceled the order. Avoid these guys like the plague if you can."
