Flat tires, lot of loose nuts, kickstand they did a tune up my bike folks looks and feels, sounds like I just bought it, all for way under 100. This place is a well oiled business very clean store and the owner very sweet person. Ty, for everything. Best place thanks again"

"The woman running the counter gives the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called the store and explained I had an E bike that needed the tire changed and she said it could be done. After getting there she then explained that I needed to take my battery off which I told her my battery does not come off. She sat and argued with me until she finally called out somebody who knew what they were talking about and told her that yes my battery does NOT come off. She then got rude and told me they didn’t have time for me and to take my bike somewhere else. The entire time her demeanor and attitude were unprofessional and lacking empathy. I do not recommend this place if this woman is working here. I ended up taking my bike somewhere else and they fix it without any problems or attitude."

"I've had considerable experience with another bike shop in the area but Jim's Bicycle Shop is the one I've been going to for a while. Just bought a new bike from them two or three weeks ago. It was set up, perfectly and have put 140 miles on it with no problems. Great place for accessories, too. Just bought a decent rear rack for the new bike and was pleased with the parts that came with it. Looking at the back end of it I wondered how I was going to attach my back light which normally goes on the seat stem. No worries, though, because it came with adapters for that purpose. I'd recommend Jim's Bicycle Shop to anyone."
