"I have tried to book loads with TQL and each time something goes wrong. They always provide the wrong information when booking the load or on the BOL and refuse to compensate you for their mistakes. Today I have a load that I picked up yesterday at 13:00 in GA to deliver at 11:00 am this morning in Florida, once I arrived, I was told that the appointment was for 20:00 tonight not 11:00 am. I called the Broker and he advised that he forget to put the new time. I told him I needed to be compensated for the 9 hours wait and that I would have never booked this if I had known I would have to deliver it that late. He said he wasn't paying me anything and that I could request detention, but it would be denied. That is absolutely disgusting. To waste my whole day, have to cancel other loads and then not be compensated for my time. They do not care because they get paid regardless, it's the drivers that are getting screwed and it seems like there is nothing we can do."

"The worst brokerage to do business with. They constantly take money from trucking companies and file illegal claims. I was also on the phone with then today as they celebrated for meeting financial highs while trucking companies are going out of business due to all time low rates! Can't see how their employees sleep at night with how they are making billions while riding the backs of truckers around America!"
