"Fed-ex should seriously be ashamed of themselves..this is the absolute WORST way to ship anything. My daughter receives a scolorship, StepUpForStudents,they have helped her grow in so many ways, we would be lost without them- she was waiting for a package that unfortunately ships Fed-Ex and these incompetents left it on the wrong doorstep, I have the drivers idiot picture as proof! I filed a claim, not for myself to be reimbursed, but her SCHOLORSHIP, and fed-ex said NO! This org. Makes it possible for severely handicapped children to access the necessary materials to live and learn like anyone else, and FedEx said NO… what a very sad day for FedEx, the masters of greed and incompetence. How they can deny a scholorship, with visual proof of driver error? Is beyond comprehension. Sick sick sick world"
