"I strongly advise against Maitre Bourgoignie's office. I had to wait two months and make numerous reminders by email and telephone to finally have a first telephone appointment with Tristan Bourgoignie. I was charged $275 for the call to pay before the appointment with no guarantee that he could answer my questions - no information on my case was requested in advance so that he could prepare the appointment. My questions related to the creation of an LLC as a non-resident with an American business partner and the steps to apply for a green card. During the call, Mr. Bourgoignie was very moralizing and condescending and was able to give me very little advice. He promised to send me follow-up information and never did, he also gave me an estimate of a cost of 1000 USD to create my LLC and 4000 USD + a fee of 1200 USD to my green card application. The fact that his office refuses to give me their rates or any information before the $275 telephone appointment and forces me to pay before even speaking to me honestly makes me feel like I've been robbed.
