"1) a victim of absolute monopoly. I booked a load and to save time I waited at the shippers dock until morning to get loaded. The scheduled time was at 7 o'clock but it took a good 5hrs wait until I got loaded. Delivery was at 5AM and to be on the safe side, I communicated well to the broker. They never accepted my detention claim, but instead charged me $650. Because I was late 1hr to the Customer This is some kind of dictatorship of the highest level.It took over a month to pay me . customer."

I spent 2, and will likely spend 3 days waiting for their decision what to do with that rejected product. I had to cancel an upcoming load, lost money and time, and wasted 70 gallons of reefer fuel because of their incompetence and lack of professionalism. Inept and absurd company!"
