"Really bad experience. Our appointment was scheduled to begin at 2:30pm and we had to wait more than 40 mins. We had to call the assistant to know what happened instead of them calling us. Once we were finally in the call, she was clearly working on some other stuff while talking to us, which we found very disrespectful. The meeting lasted a bit more than 20 mins (we paid $100 for an hour) as she was only giving very short answers to all of our questions and not being clear at all. Last but not least, we're still waiting for her email about the costs of our process. I've sent various emails but none of them have been responded."
