"A few days ago it was my daughter's birthday. They charged me more, where I noticed the mistake and corrected it for half an hour. The balloons only lasted one day and they deflated!!! The employees are horrible!! I will never buy anything here again!"

"I was just in the store, Thursday January 4th 11am . Such a shame to have such a nasty rude person working as the cashier. What a way to ruin your shopping experience. I ordered balloons to be made for my daughter’s birthday. I was very clear on the day I wanted them ready for. When I got the receipt I saw the date was wrong, Honest mistake, but when I asked the cashier to fix it and to give me a new receipt with the correct date, She was so rude that it really just ruined the whole experience for me. Shame on your party city."

"There some very nice and professional employees but there others that are very nasty and rude there’s a woman there with red hair and another woman I believe she was an employee they were arguing and almost turned into a physical fight . I wouldn’t recommend coming here!!!!!"
