"I went here for a 9am appointment on a Friday to get fingerprints done but the building was completely empty, door locked, pitch black inside, and no cars in the parking lot. I know they open at 9am so I waited for around 10 minutes to be sure someone wasn’t running late but no one appeared. unfortunately I went out of my way to go to this appointment but it was a waste for me :("
