"Booked load with Jacqueline Dubose, got the rate con and an hour later she said it was canceled by shipper. Shipper confirmed load is ready and good to go. When I told her she said they needed someone closer. She plain lied because they found someone cheaper. I called and some guy told me that they've had 3 carriers fall off the load so he didnt care for wasting my time because it happens all the time. This is just ridiculous. Reading the reviews now seems like a regular thing they do. Avoid and dont waste your time."
