"Very hard to load, and I lie to you at every step, 11 hours at pickup and I always tell you that 1 hour and finish charging, so they said continuously for 11 hours, I do not recommend this company for anything, 0 stars, liars"
"booked a load with Dan Cuccurullo, it was first come first serve at the pickup and a 4 am app at the delivery,. we spend at the delivery more then 8 hours, denied detention due to them telling me its a first come first serve delivery when on rate confirmation states clearly 4 am appnt ! will not use ! bad service, bad communication! Reach out to the manager , same thing ,very rude , don't care ! they just said well it states on the confirmation no detention will be paid! on the confirmation it says no detention if the customer denies it , but for what reason is the customer denying it only this brokers know! very unlikable business ! BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOOKING, OR CLEARLY STAY AWAY FROM THEM"
