"I needed to get a motorcycle shipped from WA to CA. Rod from ADL was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He gave me a very reasonable rate for enclosed transport. The pickup was scheduled within the 1-4 days time that they committed to. The driver picked up the vehicle on time and delivered it in one day. Good communication and easy process."

"Contracted With ADL Logistics to move two vehicles from California to North Carolina. Paid in advance and was given a confirmation with a pick up date. On the day of pick-up I waited at the location for the appointed time and the driver was a no show. I contacted ADL and they stated the driver was delayed but would be their by 10am in the morning. When he failed to show up again I contacted ADL again and this time was forced to leave a message. I continued to contact then over the phone and by email. They never responded. In total they took $2,300.00 in fees and never preformed the service. I don't think they are legit and when I called the Attorney General office they stated there were multiple complaints. I never was refunded and they never did pick-up or transport my vehicles."
