"They really need to teach their drivers how to obey all traffic laws and drive safely. Their driver is on I 595 going 55 mph all the way in the left lane, with no car in front of him for Mile. This is causing people to get upset at him and keep cutting him off on purpose. Instead of correcting the problem he opened both his drivers and passengers window in order to promptly give everyone a middle finger. This Happenened for about 5 to 6 miles before I need it to make a turn and he still continued the same behavior. I have a video of some of it and I plan on filing a formal complaint with DOT."
