"Load of tomatoes spilled, payment was held for few months, but I finally reached out to the right person “Daniel Daiz” who took his Precious time to resolve the issue, he promised to pay me an additional $1000 out of about $2kplus that was previously held without proper clarification on why it was held. Mr Daniel and I reach a comprehensive agreement and I charge the rest of the loss to the game of trucking. Overall Mr Daniel audience won the company a 4 star rating from me. The trucking industry would be a better place with brokers like Daniel."

"Terrible company, a scam just like everyone else has mentioned. I advise everyone to stay away from working with them..you can tell how hostile they are just by their replies to these innocent people."

"This situation was reported to DAT. We got a short payment ($903.00 + lumper $325 was not paid) for this load due to damages beyond our control. The pallets and boxes were in bad shape and poor quality - which is not the driver's fault or our fault. The tomatoes were smashed all over our reefer and we had to get a trailer wash eventually because of the shipper's terrible loading skills. The delivery was on Saturday, we called many times to report for the damages and lumper, but no one answered in the TX office. I got an email on Monday at 1:40pm regarding how many cases were damaged and then we got no response again on what to do. So then we had to cancel the next load because of something we have no control over. On Tuesday, after waiting for 3 days, we trashed them because our reefer was still running and we got no response again."

"I booked a shipment with Carlos Hernandes, and unfortunately, our delivery took a frustrating 8 hours. The after-hours staff assured my driver that detention pay would be provided and asked for patience. However, Carlos Hernandes appearing uncooperative, denied ever receiving information about detention pay for this load. Typically, I'm willing to overlook a delay of an hour or two, but waiting for 8 hours is unreasonable. To the management: It's crucial to ensure that your employees are adequately trained, otherwise, it could have a detrimental impact on your company's reputation. Never booking with Curv/Carlos"

"Booked a load for next day pick up. Let Curv know we needed to make a delivery in the morning before getting loaded. Broker blows up my phone at 7:30am screaming that she can’t get in touch with us. She wasn’t using our ops email and instead was emailing people who hadn’t started work yet. We have a 24 hour dispatch team but she instead chose to email individual who hadn’t started yet even though we specifically told her to use the ops email. She never even tried calling our main phone line which has been our number for 38 years. Then she said negative things about us based on her inability to contact our very accessible 24/7 operations team. All before 8am when we had to make a 6am delivery before her pick up, all of which she knew about day prior. Overall a bad experience from what seems like a stressed out amateur brokerage. No trucking company deserves to be belittled and treated poorly. This broker at Curv couldn’t wait to wake up and scream at truckers. And for what? Not being at her shipper first thing when she knew we needed to unload? Don’t even get me started about the time it was going to take to get the wash out she required. Curv must think a wash takes 20 minutes during Miami rush hour. Again showing they are amateurs and will waste your time. We put them in do not use and asked her to do the same with us. No respect from them, best to find different freight."
