UPS Freight

"This company is a scam. I received a shipment, scheduled for it to be picked up the following week. A day later I received a call saying if I didn't pick up the same day of the call I would get charged storage fees. I clearly asked if there were any fees when scheduling the pick up and was told no. Complete lack of communication within the company and false information given to customers."

"Scentsability had a shipment of jars donated but they were not well packaged and to unload them by hand would have taken four trips to our storage facility. Kimberly at UPS went out of her way to secure a box truck and a pallet jack for us and UPS managed to deliver both pallets intact and even brought them up to the second floor of our storage facility. The Scentsability team could not be more grateful for the effort that Kimberly and the team made to get those jars delivered to our storage facility. Happy holidays to everyone at UPS. "If I could give less than 1 star I would. 2nd time there, the 1st time took forever for a dock drop off, but since the weather was bad it was understandable. We ship alot of freight, so we're accustomed to the different challenges of shipping, and I wanted to mention that so there would be an understanding that we ship every day, it's not a unique experience, and we've never posted a poor review of any other freight company, and we've used all of them. Went to drop a pallet off at UPS this morning. The instructions on the BOL specified early morning drop off. So I arrived at 9:05 am. We were specifically instructed to go early because the yard may close by noon because of Hurricane Matthew. The UPS rep specifically said to get there early. I was turned away. The young boy that answered the door was rude. I tried to tell him we were instructed to drop off early, but he turned his back on me and said "well I'm not accepting it". I suppose the stress of being in charge of even a very small part of an operation during preparation for a storm was too much for the boy to handle."

"1. Wanted to charge $895 Collect Fee for 200 Lbs of Freight. 2. Failed to call back when called to check on Freight. 3. Failed to show up for three Days in a row. 4. Will not give an Approx Arrival Time Except between 9-5. 5. Very Poor Customer Service."
