All I needed to do was verify the address because the customer didn't type it correctly, so I gave Flamingo a call. Someone picked up and I told them what I needed to and they automatically just hung up. I called again just for an unpleasant tone to pick up and repeatedly tell me 'no' when I asked my questions and hung up again. How do you expect to have a successful business when your customer service is no where near where it needs to be? I would never recommend anyone here."
